VoIP Quality

The VoIP Quality test will measure your connection and determine if it is capable of maintaining a VoIP line. To run the test click the run voip test button as shown in the image above.

When the test has finished the results will be displayed, as shown below:

The downstream results are displayed first, as shown above. The graph plots Jitter and Packet loss against the packet # being sent. To view the precise results for a certain point on the graph simple hover your mouse over that area of the graph.

To view the upstream results choose the "upstream results" from the drop down menu. Go ahead and try on the image above.
